Windows 7- How to make a USB a bootable Device, Easy steps below
1) Diskpart
2) List Disk
3) Select disk (your USB Disk number)
4) Clean
5) Create Partition Primary
6) Select Partition 1
7) Active
8) Format fs=NTFS quick
9) Exit
10) Exit again

once you create a bootable dvd/usb.Shut down your pc and then insert the Media whether its dvd or usb.
Insert the media before you shut down your pc.
then once you press the power key press F1,F2,F8,F10 key to access the BIOS.
and GO TO THE BOOT SECTION..----->
Make the Boot device priority the first device as you can see in the above image.
then select the corrent bootable device which you have created the bootable device. if its pendrive select USB. if its DVD then select cd rom drives as the first priority.
AT THE END DON'T FORGET TO SAVE THE CHANGES.
and then again you reboot your pc and insert you device then you will see the setup of your operating system.
